  My husband and I are long Term Leasers (Have Leased Storage Space with "Self Storage Solution" (SSS) at the Raleigh, NC location for over 5 Years). We store Both personal and business goods/property at the SSS Facility.
  
  As I recall, my first encounter with Donna was welcoming, inviting, and friendly. Five years later, We are still experiencing the kind of treatment one can expect to receive And nothing less. At times; especially, during financial crisis, Donna has been extremely patient, understanding, and willing to assist/lend a helping hands with my husband and I throughout the years.
  
  Donna professionalism and exceptional customer service skills has been nothing less than excellent... Not to undermine that on each encounter, she demonstrates how much she cares for us as customers...
  
  My husband and I are fortunate and comfortable knowing that we can trust Donna with our property in her possession at the SSS Facility
